ADDED: Seminar for students in English

As there was a demand for the seminar Navigating Uncertainty and Bouncing Back from Setbacks (8.12.2025), we have added another session. The registration is via Sharepoint.

13-16h, RB359

In a world marked by rapid change and unpredictability, learning to navigate uncertainty is a vital life skill. During this workshop we will explore how to deal with uncertainty and recover from setbacks in healthy and creative ways. Through simple tools—drawing on positive psychology, CBT, coaching and other approached—group activities, and personal reflection, participants will learn how to manage stress, stay flexible in their thinking, and find support in their surrounding. We’ll talk about how difficult experiences can lead to growth and new direction. The workshop may be particularly helpful for those planning to live abroad or who are currently adjusting to a new school or country, where unfamiliar environments can make things feel even more overwhelming. Participants will gain practical strategies and a clearer sense of how to move forward, how to look for pillars of support and prioritise balanced choices when life feels uncertain. We will look at uncertainty and what it does to our bodies and how we function, learn to reframe setbacks as turning points and practice various techniques to handle stress and uncertainty, focussing on individualised solutions.
