External Psychological and Psychiatric Services
The following sources can help you when looking for external psychological, psychotherapeutic or psychiatric help. Please note that some of the services might be paid. In general, the helplines are for free (you pay for the call, but not for the services), medical help is based on your health insurance coverage and psychotherapists or private psychologists are fully paid. Please always check with the given provider of the service.
